  Problem Description........ A QWIWEBRX97 error message will be issued
                              by Web/QuickRef after MVS/QuickRef R6.3 is
			      installed. This error is due to an 
			      incompatability between the release number
			      checking logic in Web/QuickRef and the 
			      new release number status information 
                              defined in MVS/QuickRef R6.3.
