I understand and agree that MVS/Quick-Ref for Windows (referred to in this agreement as SOFTWARE) and composed of computer programs and related documentation thereof, constitutes proprietary information and trade secrets of Chicago-Soft, Ltd. and that the title and ownership will remain with Chicago-Soft, Ltd. I agree to protect the confidentiality and proprietary nature of SOFTWARE with the same degree of care that I use to protect my own company's proprietary information. At the end of a 30-day trial, my company will either return all SOFTWARE materials and not use the SOFTWARE system or will enter into an agreement to purchase SOFTWARE.
