  Problem Description... User abend U840 can occur in QWIKSLCT due
                         to a faulty buffer check.  The output
                         buffer is full and needs to be written out
                         but the faulty check does not detect the
                         condition.  Message
                         "INTERNAL ERROR - Computed offset larger
                         than blocksize...label NO_ALIAS" is also
                         displayed.

                         QZ9807E corrects the check.
