  Problem Description... Some of the OS/390 V1R3 and V2R4
                         reference text in the MVS/QuickRef data
                         base may contain a '[' (left square
                         bracket) where a '{' should appear and
                         an 'M' where a '}' should appear. This
                         zap will correct that problem.

                         There are two zaps provided. The first
                         zap should be used if your site has
                         defined CHRXLAT=N in the MVS/QuickRef
                         options table, QWIKOPTS (this is the
                         distributed default). The second zap
                         should be used if your site has defined
                         CHRXLAT=Y in the QWIKOPTS table.

                         CHRXLAT= is a keyword designed for use
                         primarily by European customers. The
                         keyword determines if character
                         translation should be performed on
                         certain special characters when the
                         text for a given item is displayed. For
                         more information on QWIKOPTS global
                         installation options, refer to pages
                         150-154 of the Version 5 Release 1
                         "MVS/QuickRef User's Guide".
