  Problem Description... The format  used for  the parmlist passed
                         on  a  direct  program  interface  call to
                         MVS/QuickRef was changed as of release 5.0.
                         This     change     is     not    downward
                         compatible    and    thus     MVS/QuickRef
                         R5.1   will   not   be   compatible   with
                         products   that   still   use   the  older
                         MVS/QuickRef  direct  program   interface,
                         such as  certain releases  of CA-SYSVIEW/E
                         and  CA-OPS/MVS.  The   zap  below   makes
                         MVS/QuickRef     R5.1     tolerate     and
                         function  with  direct  program  interface
                         calls that use the old parmlist format.

                         Note: After this zap is applied, direct
                               program interface calls that are
                               made to MVS/QuickRef 5.1 MUST be
                               performed using the old style
                               parmlist format, NOT the new 5.0
                               and above parmlist format.
