  Problem Description... The DASD Free Space command can sometimes
                         fail to display the correct volumes when
                         using esoteric names on an ESA/4.3 system.
                         The problem is an invalid compare for UCBs
                         in 3-digit mode.

                         This fix corrects the problem.
