  Problem Description... When MVS/QuickRef is invoked via cursor-
                         driven invocation (i.e., QWSDSF) at a
                         3278 Model 5 terminal, extraneous
                         characters from the screen row that the
                         cursor is on may appear on the ISPF
                         command line. This problem is due to a
                         logic error in module QWIKREF1 that is
                         corrected by the zap below.
