  Problem Description... Item selection lists will be truncated if the
                         data base is loaded from the install tape to a
                         3390 DASD volume without excluding any items
                         (i.e., if QWIKSLCT calls IEBGENER to copy the
                         data base, as it does when no items are marked
                         for exclusion).  The problem is caused by a bug
                         in CSECT QWIKINP and is fixed by the following
                         zap.
