  Problem Description... MVS/QuickRef may intermittently incur either a S0C4
                         abend or fail with a QWIKM099 message (return code 48),
                         The error occurs while attempting to display the text
                         of an information item from the main data base and the
                         main data base resides on an IBM 2105 ESS (Shark)
                         device. The error is actually caused when invalid data
                         is returned by the 2105 via its supporting microcode.
                         The abend is NOT due to an error in MVS/QuickRef
                         itself.

                         The problem can be prevented by moving the QuickRef
                         main data base off of the 2105 device and onto an
                         actual 3390 DASD device. If this is not an option,
                         then the 2105 support microcode must be brought up to
                         the following minimum maintenance level: 1.5.2.91.
                         Contact IBM support for more information regarding
                         applying maintenance to the 2105 microcode.
